Can we get our money back? |
well me and my boyfriend paid money for a security deposit but we decided not to take the place and now want our deposit back can we get our money back we didnt sign a lease or anything yet it said on a paper if no lease is signed then all monies will be forfeited does that mean we get a refund or will they take our money cause we really need the money back please help You lose your money. dirtyhar... is right, forfeit means you lose your money. Basically it's because you didn't take the place and the owner is back to square one on renting it. Forfeit means you will lose your deposit. Sorry. |
