Why would a pregnant woman smoke infront of her son in a bus terminal which has sgns tha prohibit smoking?

And what should i do if that smoke pisses me off. Is it OK to ask that person to smoke somewhere and if she/he refuses, i call management/security? FYI i' m not a smoker and i live in Ontario.

You'd better ASK nicely first. I've had people ask me not to smoke nice before and I put out my cigarette but the ones that didn't ask and got bent over it, well, they were talking with a higher pitched voice after that. Even doctors I have know not to say anything to me about my smoking unless they are nice about it. You people have taken this no smoking thing way too far and I'm giving this Naziism back what they are dishing out. Beware: If you can't be nice you deserve what you get.

Because she feels like having a cig and rightly feels that the no smoking signs are stupid. You should leave her alone. Its none of your business. You should go somewhere else if it bothers you. That woman probably has enough stress to deal with, without you taking away her right to enjoy a smoke while waiting for the bus.

Because she wants to and it isn't none of your business. You may ask to put it out, operative word is (ask), respectfully. But smoking in front of her kid is none of you business.

She's addicted..
And who knows what else is going on in her life...
