Hypothetically, if you were to walk into someones garden...?

And sit on their bench, would it be legal for them to physically remove you? I ask this question because in the UK if a group of travellers move onto a field unauthorised, they can only be removed by court order. It would be illegal to get a private security firm to remove them. So, does the same work for tresspassers?

The USA is a very different world compared to most countries.

Let the police remove them. Call them and tell them to come remove the people from the property and avoid the confrontation.

At common law in England you can in theory ask them to leave and if they don't you have the right believe it or not to use reasonable force to eject them.In theory. Why the same does not apply to travellers is beyond me.Maybe its Councils being a bit soft.Perhaps its Human Rights.

Lets see here it maybe spray the garden with this weed and feed stuff. I have would have that **** all over the the place but first I would post it stating what, when and where it was going to happen. Paint the bench.

In Texas if they are in your garden you can shoot them.

In the US, they can be physically removed and jailed if they refuse to leave.
