Can a check from the county be signed over to someone to deposit in checking account? |
I know for example a check from Social Security can not. Not usually, unless you sign the cheque over to them, but usually, you have to sign it on the back of the cheque, so that they know that the cheque hasnt been forged, hope that helps, goodluck! :) |
