Filing an Answer to a Lawsuit? |
Do I have to include the last three digits of my Social Security number and Driver's license number???? I've never heard of any such requirement anywhere. i'm in civil procedure class at college. i just had to do an answer as a project in that class. i don't think you have to include those things. at least we didn't in that assignment. Civil procedure statutes vary from state to state (not to mention federal law), but I sincerely doubt that any require that information to file the Answer to the Complaint. You most certainly do NOT - answers are public record, there's no way they could ask you to do that. |
