Does the govt., police or FBI have my DNA?

i have never commited any crimes and have never been arrested

i have worked as a security officer, so i know they have my fingerprints.

i did overdose(attempted suicide) on pills and was hospitalized

do they have my DNA or any record of me?

The most recent information I learned, within the last month, is that the the Federal government will now be collecting DNA samples from all persons charged with a crime; this DNA data will be contained in their anti-crime database known as CODIS or CODUS.

It parallels the previous law enforcement practice of fingerprinting all persons charged with a crime at the time of arrest.

Depending on the date of the attempted suicide, records containing DNA data may exist & it would not be a HIPPA violation for the government to have obtained them.

Your fingerprints are on file due to your previous employment and there may also be other information contained therein, such as hair sample or saliva tests.

All such information is shared by federal, state, local, and international law enforcement networks.

Sleep well!

I was in the Military so I believe they took mine, but what does it matter if you do nothing wrong? If the government ever attempts to frame someone there are usually holes in their argument and they do not have time for that. To go after some Joe Somebody does nothing for any kind of political agenda, to bomb a world trade center, I could see where a political body would sacrifice its own.

Only if you ever gave them one by choice or were ordered to by a court (sex crime, etc.)... They have a record of you if you have an SSN, but likely not DNA unless you have been convicted of certain crimes. You could not be a security guard if you had, so relax.

I think they only take DNA samples if you have committed a crime, and even then it's still possible they don't have any.

I have your DNA

Not likely. Why? What have you done?

no you nut!!! why are you worried about it??
