If someone then used the numbers you gave them for illegal acts you would be considered and accomplice. How about just moving on?

I would say probably not a really good idea.

If you give out anyone's Social Security number in anyway, the reasons will not matter. Because you will have broken some very serious security and privacy invasion laws and you will go to prison and the persons you claim tried to 'railroad' you will have the last laugh.

If what you say is to be believed, then you have no reason to do this other than revenge. If you won the case, what is your problem? You proved your point, you won your case. Now drop it. You should never have been given anyone's Social Security numbers for any reason, additionally, this question has been read my many people, and would be used as evidence against you in a trial. Drop it. It's over, and shred those social security numbers. You are either a criminal or you aren't ...pick one, then do the right thing and shred those numbers.

If you really think about it, there's probably much smarter things you could do with such information.

Either way- stop talking about it on the internet, or whatever happens will be easier to trace back to you.

"can I display thier social security numbers to any one I want..say in a flyer out side a court house"

No. Misuse of information you obtained as a result of a discovery motion is a crime.

"they lied at trial and I want to punish them"

Then sue them.

Stay on the right side of the law, or the next case you'll lose.

Richard

Shred them. You'll REALLY go to jail if you start throwing other people's social security numbers around or even worse, using them.

No, you cannot display their social security numbers or use them in any way without either being sued or going to jail.

never get back at another person(bad karma), who knows they might come after you again.
forget about what happened
but it depends...what ever you want to do.
