My friend got in a fight with a security..are we going to jail?

me and my friend manny went to a walgreen in downtown to skate for a while, and a security came and said leave, we did it but manny went crazy and keeped on sk8in so the security grabed him by the shirt and slinged him about 16 feet away then manny threw a punch and we left!!!
could we go 2 jail for that??

The store could press charges for trespassing, but I don't think you have to worry about going to jail. I think the security guard should worry about you pressing charges on him for grabbing your friend and slinging him.

No, you won't go to jail. The police were never called, and your weren't charged with anything. If they know who you are they can issue you a no visitation/stay away from the store. First, the security guard should have called the police and had you guys removed or arrested for trespassing. (Did Manny get a good punch in?) Stay away from the store, you are at risk causing an accident from skating in the parking lot, to you or to a car. You can really hurt someone. Go to your driveway or a skate park. Walgreen's has the right to have you removed.
