My boyfriends son and daughter used my social security number, can I press charges? |
I live with my boyfriend (47) and his son (28). I recently found out his son and his daughter went behind my back and used the last four numbers of my social to transfer the cable bill out of my name and into his (the son). my boyfriends daughter pretending to be upon calling the cable company. Since the cable bill was only transfered into a different name and not the address- can I press fraud charges or prosecute them for doing that? Why does this matter? I guess I just don't understand how this is bad. you need to press charges as they will continue this behavior & perhaps get into bigger trouble later on. go to this website: If it was just the cable bill then let them pay it. Stop making payments on it and let them be responsible. But make sure they didnt get any other numbers. Yes I would turn them in. Identity theft. Kiss your boyfriend goodbye and press charges. yes! get those little criminals. go for it. if you want |
