Intelligent reports, how accurate are they? I'm talking about security for your country.?

They tell what they want to; which is not all that much & mostly unimportant...!!

I think 95% to 98% of the time the reports are accurate. It's what we are allowed to know that could deviate from the true picture. You don't honestly think the goernment tells you the complete truth in everything. If you do, then you are much more naive than they give you credit for.

Well it seems odd to me that everyone takes this administration to task for believing the intelligence reports that Iraq had WMD's, yet they full embrace intelligence reports that say Iran is not pursuing nuclear weapons (even though the Iranian President gave a speech last week bragging about 3,000 new centrifuges that are being put into action as we speak)
People seem to believe what they want to believe depending on how well it supports their political agenda.

sorry but how would i know?.

The United States of Americas' intelligence gathering is apparently better now than ever given the current plethora of terrorists that would like to kill us all, and their lack of success since 9/11/2001.

P.S. For the record... I feel the same about them and I think John McCain shares my sentiment.
