first of all thanks to all the answers fellows! i personally dont have a problem about this matter im just trying to help someone whom i care about whos very unfortunate to seek a legal advice due to the money matters, so he wil have to present himself alone. anyway my idea is to get an affidavit from his parents proving that he lives with his parents and that they support him. and also his medical bills all of them from check up , result and medicine and stubs. everything that has something to do with his medical and welfare ( all organize) and his unemployed record , his driver license that they suspended, his social security copy, and the the pay stabs he got when he worked for 3 months which he used to pay for his teeth due to some infection you know like rotten puss thing. will this help? coz this is the only way he can prove that he is not capable to pay at all. ofcourse he must tell the judge he wil pay as soon as he gets a job. I don't think they will accept a parental affidavit there,. |
