What is meant when someone says they need my "self-certification"? |
I live in Maryland and I am an immigrant from Jamaica. I don't have a social security number when I entered this country. So, the DMV is asking for my "self-certification". What is that? How do I make one? Thanks in advance. Ask them, they made the statement. |
