Identification stolen?

I had a fraud alert put on when my social security and I.D were stolen. I now need proof of that for an aprtment im trying to get because they pulled up different addresses on my name that I never lived at. I told them about my stuff that was stolen and how I had a fraud alert put on but it has been a couple years. Can the fraud alert still be on and if so how can I get proof I had one put on?? Any websites or anything??

uh..how about the report you filed with the police and the SS bureau? The DMV stuff?
