Illinois Unemployment benefit questions?

Few questions about IL-unemployment benefits....

1. I voluntarily quit my job after my boss changed my schedule so drastically I had no transportation to work. I was given no notice of this and I found out two days before my new schedule started. I only found out after I looked at the schedule that had been put up that day. Can i get benefits?
2. I got a letter in the mail saying I needed to interview with someone over the phone to answer questions around my quitting voluntarily. Is this normal when someone leaves a job on their own or is it case by case basis?
3. When I certifyed for my benefits I screwed up and said "yes" to the question on if i was recieving social security benefits. This isn't the case and now i'm not going to be getting a check for the last two work weeks. Is there anyway I can correct this or do i have to wait til my next call day?
4. How long after my interview will i know if i'm going to recieve benefits or not?

Oh and I didn't file right away for the benefits bc i didn't realize I was eligble to do so until after my parents asked me about it. I quit my job on 1/21/08 and filed 3/13/08
