Can i sue a company?

Can i sue a cellphone company for losing my social security number because somebody stole it illegaly

yeah because this breaks confidential laws and you need to find a way they are leaked to someone stealing it. You need to get yourself a good lawyer because I think you have a really good case which you can sue and be awarded damages.

You can file a lawsuit, anyone can. Proving it to a jury and showing it harmed you is the part that gets you paid.
