First sign my work contract and then complain about mismanagement? |
Hi, If it is a fixed term contract it will end on the date specified. If the position is still available and your performance has been acceptable you more than likely will get the contract renewed, on the other hand you may not. The management you talk about are probably in employment so long it would be very hard legally to lay them of, you are better of saying nothing put your head down and do you own job well. If you are very unhappy in a job you should seek different employment |
