My security guard missing all the time. it's this reasonable?


i have a agreement with security company. but the guard who is sent by security company is missing all the time. n he left the key of the front door just near by security house!! i have to terminate the agreement with security company immediately, but security company tell me i have to pay them fully month payment. because i didnt informed them before one month!! n according to the agreement it's really mention about this matter that i have to inform them before one month.
could somebody tell me , regarding to the law of India is this ture?? i need to pay them fully month security services charges? or i can terminate our contract relationship immediately??

even this security company didnt obey its duty , i still need to pay them fully month payment? the agreement mentions the guard's duty is round the clock, but he didnt do this. so he already break the agreement, m i right?

In the U.S., the question "is this reasonable?" is always a question of fact. In other words, there is no legal answer. You could sue them, or they could sue you, and either way you'd have to take the lawsuit all the way to trial to answer that question.

India is a commonwealth nation, and its legal system is (like ours) influenced by the English common law approach. But I don't have any information about Indian law.

If it is mentioned on the agreement that you've to inform them a month before cancellation, then you've got to make the payment for the month....
Kick that *** out first.....He is causing you and your property insecurity......
