Security guard or Alarm system?

What do you consider yourself safer at home or work? Paying a security guard or an alarm system?

Alarm system: If it is turned on and has digital recording capability they are ON GUARD 24/7 are are more effective than a carded door every 4 hours anyday.

You have a security guard at your home?

Just how bad is your neighborhood?

I'd say alarm, but only if it had like auto locking doors to catch the intruder. Because a security guard can only be in one place ata time.

I feel safer at home.
And while it may be more expensive, a security guard should in most cases be more of a deterrent to crime. There are flaws in every security system. Of course your security guard could be a poor worker but I think having a human presence is a better deterrent to a potential criminal.

Having a Rottweiler and a little friend with a smoking hot temper.

Alarm Systems don't take naps, go to the bathroom, go to lunch. they operate 7/24 without fail.
