Security Brokers? |
Is it legal for security brokers to push the sells of one stock then sell there owe when that stock price is up. security not to sure - but I am a commodity broker and under the NFA (national futures assoc), that is illegal. In commodities the "house" or brokerage firm doesn't take the other side of the trade. So if you go long (buy) i don't go short (sell). We as commodity brokers are there to try to help you make good decisions and we get paid on salary not commissions but that is at my firm. sure, why not Brokers may trade their own accounts, as well as those of their employer. Buyer beware. |
