My friends security company wants to sue them for making them lose the contract?

The company wants to sue them for sleeping on the job and not doing their jobs properly, but the problem is that the friends never got their training as a proper security. I just wanted to know if it is legal for them to work without being trained? And can the company sue them because of that? PLEASE HELP!!!!

If they were hired under the assumption that they were already trained, too bad.
If the job was supposed to provide training, it will be in the company handbook and you may have something.

Beyond that - Its common sense not to sleep while on the job. If your friend is stupid enough to do it and get caught, they deserve whatever they get.

go to the company and say that they cant Sue your friend because of an inconvenience
