How do I start my own Union? In the Security/Crowd Control Industry?

I want to start a union within the security industry, which I am no longer apart of due to the fee's, corruption, underpayment, negligence, short life span etc. etc.
As they are so in demand and there is no union or cover for many security guards and companies act like gangsters running protection rackets.
There is a union for the police and for the hospitality industry but there doesnt seem to be anything for the 25,000 security guards in our state and the security guards here have really had enough, that is why they are so in demand yet so underpaid and neglected for Occupational health and safety.
Where can I start?
