Harassment by security officer? |
security officer at local bus center picks out a few people to harass by asking what bus they are waiting for and then telling them they only have 30 minutes to wait in the center for a bus. No signs are posted anywhere about a time limit. Is he violating civil rights?? I was not loitering. I was waiting for a bus. However he did not ask everyone in the center only certain people, maybe discrimination? No he is not violating civil rights. Nope, loitering is a crime. Is he private security? If so he is technically a civilian but this does not mean that if you breaking some sort of law (e.g. loitering) that he cannot call the police. Drop a law suit. |
