Racial Profiling: Security Necessity or Wrong Approach?

Rafi Ron of New Age Security Solutions says; "The element of stress has a very strong effect on the person's behavior and the way he/she responds. This is what we should be looking for".

It's worked for Israel; the last serious attempt to bomb an Israeli plane was in 1986, ... by an Irish woman.

There are many things to look for, many stress-behavior factors, and many other physical factors. But race is one of those physical factors, but only one.

But let's not exclude it because it may offend some tender sensibility out there. That would be stupid.

Yeah, why not. The stats don't lie. Certain groups are much more likely to target airplanes than others.

its really hard to pick someone out just based on their behavior. even then there would still b sme degree of profiling. racial profiling in any sense is wrong. however i think it can be necessary in some circumstances.
