What can really bring peace and security to the region and the world?

Security and peace is by far the most imporant necessity to every society. Can any one tell me what can bring peace and stability to a region and the world.
I mean waht is the basic element needed for peace and security in the world.

For parents to teach their children to treat others as they would want to be treated.

get rid of politicians like Bush....thats the only way...
