Why are the people at the Social Security Administation so rude? I called in there today because my Social Security check got reduced from $528 a month to $247 for the month of July because I just moved to Indiana about 3 months ago and my Medicare is not covered here is Indiana because I don't have Q.M.B.( I had no ideal what that was until today) They're charging for the 3 months that I've been here $93.50 each month $280.50. The lady acted like I was suppose to already know about this and started badgering me. Then I asked to talk with her supervisor and she wasn't going to put me on the phone with her supervisor, then I asked for here name, and she wouldn't even tell me her name and hung the phone up on me. I don't even have enough money to pay my rent now. Has anyone else run into a similiar situation? First off she should have at least given her name. Hanging up is just plain rude. I've never had this problem with the S.S. admin before. Sorry this happened to you. they got you by the benefits What do you expect? They are lazy, entitled government employees. They are beyond rude. They are the untouchable service. In my opnion worse than the IRS. I have always found the people at social security to be helpful and courteous... maybe it's my humble attitude... I have found that laying on the ground and crawling to their window has a disarming charm about it. stop being so socially insecure, they are just doing their jobs. |
