Should the department of homeland security be disbanded?

It is an awful familiar term, where did I hear it before!! Oh yeah the NAZI SS belonged to the department for fatherland security!! Ironic huh???

Politicians and Terrorist fear and armed society. We do not need homeland security. Just simply let the people defend the country, like our fore fathers did, if they want their freedoms.

Any agency who limits the freedoms granted by the Constitution should not only be disbanded, but its members arrested, tried and if found guilty executed for treason against the Constitution.
