If i issue cheque just for security purpose, and it got deposited, will it be the case of dishonour of cheque? |
I have written proof for the purpose of cheque that it was issued for security deposite. I presume you're asking whether the check will "bounce" if the landlord(?) deposits it, though there is not enough money in the account to cover it. If so, the answer is YES, definitely. |
