If i issue cheque just for security purpose, and it got deposited, will it be the case of dishonour of cheque?

I have written proof for the purpose of cheque that it was issued for security deposite.

I presume you're asking whether the check will "bounce" if the landlord(?) deposits it, though there is not enough money in the account to cover it. If so, the answer is YES, definitely.

Just because it's a "security" doesn't mean it doesn't have to be a valid exchange of funds. It's collected to (1) induce you to stay the full period of the lease, at which point it will be paid back to you, (2) cover expenses to corrrect any defects you may cause, and (3) should you not pay your rent, to cover the lease terms during the month it would take to evict you.
