Can someone work with my social security number? |
My brother wants a job that requires you to be 18, but he is only 17. He came up with the idea that he will work under my name, social security number, and resume. Will this actually work? Oh and this company is a very small chain. Hey that's a great idea! Let's run the risk of being caught, being charged with a felony (both of you since you are both 17 and older) and being thrown in jail...But on the bright side, you'll get to go to jail with your bro!!! NO, seriously, it's not worth the trouble, just wait until he turns 18...Hope I helped... He'll also need a picture ID, but illegals do this every day. Why not! jose, maria and pablo all do it illegally ...so why not your bro? Use your head & don't let this happen!!!! Trouble ahead if you go along with this. Yea,SS fraud is always a great idea. You would both face federal felony charges if caught. Is it really worth throwing your future away when he could wait a few months and get the job legally himself? |
