There is an ongoing investigation of Steve Jobs, the cofounder of Apple. The Securities and Exchange Commission has questioned him recently. He is not been brought up on charges, from the news available. Pardon the grammar, should read "He has not yet been brought up on any charges." It's possible. So far, most other CEO imbroiled in options back dating just quit...... What about Enron and Bill Gates? I don't think so. |
