Why are the black women so rude at the Social Security Administation?

Why are the black women so rude at the Social Security Administation? I called in there today because my Social Security check got reduced from $528 a month to $247 for the month of July because I just moved to Indiana about 3 months ago and my Medicare is not covered here is Indiana because I don't have Q.M.B.( I had no ideal what that was until today) They're charging for the 3 months that I've been here $93.50 each month $280.50. The black lady acted like I was suppose to already know about this and started badgering me. Then I asked to talk with her supervisor and she wasn't going to put me on the phone with her supervisor, then I asked for here name, and she wouldn't even tell me her name and hung the phone up on me.

Ok, forget that I said she was a black woman. Why are all civil service workers mean?

That has never been my experience.

What does the race of this person have to do with their rudeness? Are you suggesting that white civil servants are all pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful?

The simple answer is, all people who work for Social Security rude. So it's not a race thing, more of having a job where you can be as slow as you want and as rude as you want without fear of being fired.

Hey you're the one on government money - it's your job to know what isw required of you when moving state to state.

Can't blame anyone but yourself for not knowing the things that you should know. I know that if I was dependent on government money I would make damn sure my ducks were in line before I moved!

Stop being a jerk to people and they will start being nicer to you. Maybe she is sitting in her office thinking "why is that (assuming here) white jackass treating me like crap when he's the one who should have checked into this before his lazy *** moved!"

Black people with minor power, such as in a menial job with a "title", let it go to their heads and use their minor powers to **** with people, because it makes them feel important. This is a consequence of their bad self-esteem. Not all blacks are like this, obviously, but it is very irritating.

People in civil service positions should be more polite, but please notice that I used the word "people". This has nothing to do with race, I have met plenty of civil servants of other races who are just as rude, and on the flip side, I have also met many black women in civil service positions that were very nice.

Their suppose to be nice to you, but I have never, never called them that I didn't get a real smart mouth . I call them and filled out some papers for my uncle to get extra help on his medication on Medicare D. sent it in to the City Social Security Offices I had called. They sent it back denying him help with 2 pages of the biggest mess of adding and subtracting and percentage. I went on line filled out the same form and got a letter in 3 weeks that he was eligible for help. He joined Humana and he pays 15 % of all his medicine without any Doughnut hole , after he spends so much money that year he wil go down to paying 5 % of all his medicine for that year and then the next year starts all over again at !5% then 5%. That Social Security are smart mouth and they don't know what they are doing at those offices in your town you live in. They don't have to be black , whites are just as rude.
