I have had a few run ins with alcohol, I have a ten year update do you think there is a chance it could get pulled, Maybe. It depends on the level of your clearance and what job you occupy. Heck, I almost had my clearance taken away back in the Reagan years because I went to a CSN concert and joined Greenpeace to get a free tshirt - not even kidding.
