Why some security companies fraundently receive money from new comers in the name of training?

Scam is a scam is a scam.
If a person pays for 'training' for a job, well that is mistake #1.
When a person pays for 'training' with no contract or guarantee of job placement, mistake #2.
They do the scams to make more money 'training' peoples than they do operating as a legit business.
Get a job from a State Employment Agency or a friend.
If an employer tries to take monies from future employees, they usually don't last long as businesses. They just move on after they have been found out.
Look at the BBB or your State Employment Office Records before paying for training on any job.
Caveat Emptor.
