Can social security tell your age?

like how old you are

Social Security Office may not tell anyone your age, sex, race, color or anything else about you. Your information is privileged information.

The Social Security office is bound by law to not only keep all of your information priveleged but to contact you as well when they are contacted by someone about you. You should recieve a letter in the mail stating to contact them about an inquiry.

They are only allowed to give you the information they have unless you sign a waiver to give information to your family doctor etc.

Tell to who?

They know how old you are, it is in their records. They can release those records in limited circumstances.
