Does a security guard i the right to kick some out of the mall for waiting for someone for past 1.5 hours? we are security guard not policer officer, beside i as a ex-seurity officer we go thur testing you and i know that we are there to protection the owner property. if any anything get out of hand what do you do? you notify your superiovor first then called police officer. A mall is private property, much like your home. if you invite someone into your home, you also have the right to throw them out anytime you wish. So does the mall. yes of course. it's loitering on private property. That's called loitering, yes they can. It's private property, they can kick someone out for looking at them funny. Yes. It's called loitering. Yes..a mall is private property...they have the right to refuse access to anyone as long as discrimination is not used. |
