American Express Card Security?

My Amercican Express card was breached in August. There were six fraudulent transactions for the month of AUGUST. I rang them up and they cancelled my card, and sent me a new card. I was assured by the company that this matter would be investigated with a turnaround time of two weeks. To date I have received no letter or phonecall in relation to the matter. I have contacted them regularly to ask them of an update on the situation. I still get billed for these transactions and they always demand money from me. I feel as if I am being incriminated for something somebody else did. Now I don;t know what to do?

American Express, treated me very much differently. I am surprised by their reaction.

My problem was fixed in three business days.
