never give it out, ever... that's the only way to be SURE no one ever has it

you can't just get it online, that's just not true

by the time you are 30 you will have put it on about 500 forms though, and it can be taken from any of those at any time by anyone

There are several sites online where you can pay to get info on anybody. I'm sure that the more savvy surfers know ways to get around paying. Bottom line, if someone wants it, they can get it.
