Is The National Security Agancy in any way legally connected to Blackwater U.S.A.?

Are they both funded by The Saudi's and other OPEC nations or are the U.S. taxpayers footing the bill?

The N.S.A. is a government agency and is funded by tax dollars. Blackwater is a privet company. It is made up of ex-military. Mostly special forces types. They sub-contract to many major companies as well as some governments. The Saudis and Opec have their own security forces.
