Our property was surveyed, our neighbor cut down 3 lg. trees. Here they were on OUR Property! Any advice????? |
They have been very arogant neighbors from the get go when they moved in 31/2 yrs. ago. They're an older couple with older kids. I'm not sure if it's a cultural matter but they're from India. I've tried to be as neighborly as possible, but, when they cut down the trees that ran down our "property line" without even saying, boo, I lost it. We decided to get our property surveyed and found out that we own a nice little chunk of what they thought was their property. I want to be a real b/#@$%^, but I don't want to stoop down to their level. Since you have the property survey you can approach them for payment of the trees, but it doesn't sound like they would be very receptive from your description, but while you have a current survey a fence between the two properties may provide some relief from future problems.~ |
