What are guidelines for law of domicile in Colorado?

My bro died, had a compainon who owns the house he lived in,bro had no real property do household items stay with house mate?A sister is trying to bully person into giving her his personal property even though well known fact my bro wanted things to stay where they are.what is the law of domicile in colorado?Does sister have an legal right to personal property that is used in household daily ?

I suggest the housemate file an INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE CPC 12-I R7/01, which can be created/filled out online at http://forms.lp.findlaw.com/form/courtfo...
and secure his rights to household items. However, in good conscience, any items of a personal nature should be distributed with consideration for loved ones.

1) she needs to get a lawyer
2) if your brother had a will that should govern what happens to the property
3) if he didn't have a will the laws of intestate succession will govern - probably the CO laws of intestate succession

No not really
