I have a question about Involuntary lien on real property.? |
I just wanted to know if a creditor with a judgment against me can apply an involuntary lien on a car if i am listed as a secondary owner. Thanks for any help. Only in some states; and only if the car is the item secured by the note. If your name appears on the note, YES. You are a surety and they will get their money one way or another. |
