About the taking clause of the US Constitution?

Would the taking clause of the US Constitution probably require the government to compensate a party if a government zoing regulation reduced the value of a person's real property by any amount?

Eminent domain.

Just be happy you still have property, cause now they can take it from you if they feel it will benefit the public more than you.

No. There are any number of Supreme Court decisions that have held that merely a restriction that causes a mere reduction in value is insufficient to constitute a taking.
