What are three real life examples of the land use conflict below? |
a dispute has arisen betwen owners of three cabins. situated on deeded land that has been designated as a state wildlife primitive, managment or refuge area by a legislative act and by the state wildlife angency. Under the act, all property owners would be required to sell their property to the state or thier property would be condemned and taken by the state. I think this matter happened in Rocky mountain natl park not long ago. If I recall it correctly the park bought the property about 50 years with the woman retaining the right to live there for a certain amount of years. well long story short, she lived longer than anyone expected and she was evicted from the home she grew up in. There is an eminent domain issue. |
