Yes, you need legal advice, so see an attorney.

It's expensive but less expensive than ignoring a subpoena. And tell that attorney that shameful stuff that you LEFT OUT OF YOUR QUESTION, because there's a lot more going on here that you haven't said!

If your name is on the subpoena and you don't attend a warrant will be issued for your arrest. Contact the facility that issued the subpoena and ask them what it is for and what further action you need to take if any.

You need a lawyer because you have been charged in a criminal matter and you need to appear in court to deal with the matter.

If you did not attend court, a warrant has been issued for your arrest.

You have to go. If you don't, a warrant will be issued for your arrest. This will be a good opportunity for you to share your side of the story.

You need to contact the person listed on the subpeona and explain to them your situation. If you cannot reach anyone, you need to show up to court at the scheduled time or make yourself available to be questioned at the time noted. Not doing so could bring further legal ramifications.

Yes, you have to go. If you don't, you'll be arrested for contempt.

if you are sent a subpoena you need to attend or the cops will be coming to arrest you. it might just be for a pretrial deposition

I believe a warrant will be issued for your arrest unless you have a great and I mean great excuse!

First off, if you wanna see what it's like to be arrested, booked and thrown in jail, then no, you don't need to go. Otherwise it's a good idea to go. Secondly, do consult an attorney. If you don't have the money for one, look up LegalAid or whatever other free or low-cost attorneys there might be in the area...but DO consult with an attorney as soon as possible.

Get a lawyer. They are the experts and they will help.

If you do not attend and respect the Subpoena, then you become a subject to arrest. It might mean jail time and contempt of court. I suggest strongley that you attend. Yes, you need to attend this. Good Luck !! By the way. If you don't attend, they will find you automatically GUILTY !!

Get a public defender..its a very easy process. You received a subpoena, yes you do have to attend. Otherwise, a warrant will be issued for your arrest, and you will end up having to spend time in jail, getting a bond, etc - whatever that judge feels like slamming on you for ignoring the request.
You can't just decide not to attend court. And from the sounds of it, you really need to get the situation to court anyway. And follow up on your complaint, do not just let that go. They will bury it if they possibly can. The court system isn't that great, and they can be a real pain when they want to, especially in these types of cases.

Depending on how much gas the judge and the prosecutor had, you may or may not be issued a warrant for arrest

1. Yes...you do need to response and you do need an attorney.
The assessor's office can tell you who owns the property.
2. She has not right to break down your door or throw all your things outside or damage your goods. I don't understand what this "fight" was about that you were not involved in but that needs to be addressed as well. Ignor this at your own peril.
