Should mosques be closed?

Given the terrorism from certain sections of British moslems, and the lack of real and meaningful condemantion of these acts of terrorism by the muslim community. Should the Govt change the law, so that mosques who allow radical imams to preach hatred and jihad, should be closed and the property sold?

not so sure that would come across very well imo, but what about a presence of police ?

Definately not...Or else what are we fighting for?
As I see it, the real danger stems from radical extremism, not from the Muslim community as a whole. Surely you can see how a radically extremist patriotic Americain (more so if he is in a crowd of radically extremist patriotic Americains), in essence, poses the same threat to society? These people are a threat because of their zeal, not because of the faith it stems from.
Words can be manipulated to fit almost any circumstance. The meaning behind them obscured and mutated to suit the one who speaks them. I could sit in a garage all week long, but that doesn't mean I'm a car.
Countless men and women are putting their lives on the line to stand up and contradict this madness, sending the message that "We ALL have a right to choose and NOT be persecuted for our choice" . They are there on the behalf of each one of us and I think we owe it to them and to ourselves and to the countless innocent victims of this whole mess to maintain this basic truth.

Sure, punish all Muslims for the sins of the radicals -- that would really solve all of the world's problems wouldn't it -- NOT! It is this sort of attitude and closed-mindedness that is at the root of all of the worlds problems. Intolerance is bread everywhere, certainly not just in the Muslim communities. Educate yourself.
