The bases of todays lawsuits are to provide the attorney's with more money !!! The legal bases , has nothing to do with lawyers ethics ! (Now there is an oxymoron, using ethics and lawyers in the same sentence )! Court filings? Personal injury, probably, how ever, I do not know for sure. Like rattlesnakes, I don't go near lawyers if I don't have too. |
