Can anyone tell me why i can't get a Product Liability lawyer to go against big Rx co,who's killin my MOM ?pl

MY MOM has "MMMT"(UTERINE CANCER).I have tons of documentation showing there's a cover up & now my MOM'S dying from a silent,Killer! She worked 35 yrs/40/wk now she went in for BSO,Lymphnectomy,Omenectomy& Chemo's 30% chance to live. She's a saint ,never smoked, drank,or done drugs.Just a workaholic her whole life. Now all the attorneys across this great U.S. won't go to bat against a "conflict" of interest cuz' they're scared. It's all a cover up by many ,many agencies, public,& private.?Can anyone help,it's Urgent, My MOM is perfectly healthy, but has to start chemo's to "START" the process of dying ,due to this horrific tragedy.I have ample documentation..court cases, Transcripts..Many,many more.Too many pieces of evidence to mention. Can anyone HELP?

There has to be direct evidence that that is what caused the cancer. If you have court cases, have you contact the attorneys that represented that other plaintiff? Were those case won? Chemo does not mean she will start the process of dying, we all start the process of dying the minute we are born. I don't think there is a conflict of interest for an attorney unless you are calling the defense attorneys. It would also be a conflict of interest if the attorney had an ongoing case against the same company for the same reason. If the attorneys have reviewed your mother's medical records there maybe something in there that indicate that the drug is not what caused the cancer. Good people get cancer, unfortunately it does not discriminate.

I am at a lose here... what is it you want to sue and why.. in layman's terms please.

First, I am sorry to hear about your mom.

I wish I understood more about your question. As it is, I'm unsure that I can give you a good answer or even an opinion.

Are you saying that your mother worked for a RX company who exposed her to something that caused her cancer? Are you saying that she took medication from this company that caused cancer? Are you saying that she got cancer and the RX company won't provide her medication?

Explain what is the relationship between the RX company and your mother / her illness and how that company is liable.

Hi,
Based on what you wrote and my previous academic experiences before graduation,I believe one of two issues is present that no attorney wants to take the matter on.
1.A similar case was unsuccessfully tried and was not won. A waiver may have been signed when your mother was offered employment as some companies will do to avoid litigation later on.
or 2. They know more than they are willing to make public knowledge.
I suggest that you use the power of the media to get the word out to the public.Try Fox.com and similar news sites.
Maybe you will need to be the channel to expose any alleged cover-up. Check out www.findlaw.com for more possible answers.

Your mom is being treated for cancer. You can lead a perfectly healthy, productive life and still develop cancer.

You said "big Rx co", which I assume means that are trying to develop a case against a pharmaceutical company. Are you saying that the company she worked for may have exposed her to chemicals that may have increased her risk of developing cancer? Or are you saying that the pharmaceutical company that produces her chemotherapy agent is producing a harmful product?

It's true that some chemotherapy regimens are very debilitating. But the decision to start chemotherapy, and what type of chemotherapy, is between your mother and her doctor. She doesn't have to do it, but it may reduce her cancer burden, and may extend her life.

Conflict of interest means they represent or have represented the drug companies, or someone with whose interest would be different than yours. It may be a cop out, but it's probably legit. Often large companies use the best attorneys, so they will have a conflict later. If you feel strong about your case, go outside the product liability specialty and find a personal injury attorney.
