Can anyone think of any interesting product liability or warranty lawsuits? Tire defects, defective pool toys, faulty recliner chairs. Anything that didn't work properly and resulted in some type of injury. Silicon breast implants was interesting. People sued and got lots of money and then it was proved they were not hazardous. The tobacco cases have been interesting. We've had verdicts for and against the tobacco companies. |
