Tort Question 2 - product liability.. Pls help? |
If a bought a car from a manufacturer, and after a few days of reasonable use, one of the tyres burst without causing damage other than to the tyre itself. Can a bring an action the law of tort to claim to the cost of repairing or replacing the tyre? No. No one was injured. (Tire not Tyre) go to the court house and file in small claims court......hire a guy to serve papers on the manufacturer. in 6 week go to court and argue your case. 20 days later the court will inform you if you won or lost....what ever you do do not call and ask them to replace it for free....that just makes no sense at all. |
