Wills probated how do you found out ?

You can go to your local court house and it is a matter of pubic record, if your county has a web site it would be posted on there and you could access it if you are a party to the estate then the person filing it must notify you that it has been filed, they are also required by law to publish it in the local paper for anyone who may have a claim against the estate.~
