Legal question about probate court? |
I am filing some forms in wayne county michigan probate court. On my acceptance of appointment form it says that I need a representatives signature. Does my representative have to be a lawyer? If you want the probate to go smoothly the first time, talk to a lawyer. Asking for legal advice here on something so important is not a smart idea. Is this for a will or regarding guardianship. What is the form number? (bottom left hand corner)? |
